THE PROCESS
How Does It Work?
Guidance session
In this session students and parents sit together with a counsellor to analyze the student’s preference and explore the scope and process of this career. We also explore more than 100 career options.
Aptitude Testing Session
Counsellor conducts in-person testing for analysis of student’s aptitude, interest and personality. Our tests are manually done. They are not software based which gives computer generated results. This session lasts for approx. 2 hours.
Report Generation
A report is generated personally by our counsellors considering the combination of student’s aptitude, interest and personality analysis. 3 career options are suggested.
Career Decision Making
The aptitude test report is explained and all the queries are resolved in order to reach the best career decision. Follow up guidance is provided.
