POSITIONS

We are looking for psychology enthusiasts who are motivated to work at the grass-root level and contribute to the field significantly.

We offer the following positions with eligibility criteria:

Intern

Eligibility:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  2. Psychology enthusiast, good communication skills
  3. Fluent in one or more languages preferably Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, or Kannada.
  4. Creative head with excellent writing skills
Psycho-educator

Eligibility:

  1. Master’s degree in Psychology 
  2. At least 1 research paper published
  3. Min 3 months experience of working in a professional setup like mental health organization/clinic/hospital/rehabilitation center/
  4. Experience working with clients/patients at a basic level.

Who is a psycho-educator?

The major role of a psycho-educator is creating mental health awareness in society and within our clients. You are responsible for choosing the right words and situations for a clear explanation of the concepts and theories in psychology to a layman. Your skill lies in putting the jargon in psychology in the most common and layman’s terms. Your creativity plays a significant role in the presentation of the concept. We aim to be minimal and clear.

Psychologist

Eligibility:

  1. Ph.D. psychology/M.Phil. psychology/ RCI registration/ Master’s degree in Psychology 
  2. At least 2 research papers published
  3. Min 1 year experience of working in a professional setup like mental health organization/clinic/hospital/rehabilitation center/
  4. Experience working with clients/patients at a professional level.
  5. Having handled clients with a clinical diagnoses under the supervision of a psychologist or psychiatrist.
  6. Experience in administration of psychometric tests and developing the reports of the same.
